L’rosha is designed by an ambitious Saudi designer with a strong passion for innovation and creativity. To further refine her design skills, she enrolled in a jewelry design program at the University of the Arts London, specifically at Central Saint Martins—an internationally renowned institution that has produced some of the world’s most celebrated designers, including Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen. The college is ranked second globally in the field of art and design.

L’rosha is crafted from 925 sterling silver, one of the finest and highest-quality silver standards. The silver we use is recycled silver, which is more costly than non-recycled silver; however, we believe that there can be no future for our children and grandchildren unless we care for our planet and take meaningful steps toward sustainability.

All L’rosha jewelry is plated.

Our silver pieces are plated with rhodium to ensure long-lasting shine and extended protection against the natural oxidation of silver.

Our gold pieces are plated with 18K gold vermeil, along with an additional protective coating to help preserve the vermeil for as long as possible.

The term gold vermeil refers to silver jewelry that is plated with a thick layer of gold—at least five times thicker than standard gold plating commonly available in the market. This substantial thickness allows gold vermeil pieces to last for many years, provided that proper care instructions are followed and the jewelry is treated with the attention it deserves.

This depends on how well you care for your L’rosha jewelry. Gold vermeil typically lasts from six months to several years; the more carefully you follow the care instructions, the longer you will enjoy the beauty of your gold vermeil pieces.

All stones used in L’rosha jewelry are zirconia, selected for their exceptional hardness and resistance to scratching. Zirconia is rated 8.5 on the Mohs hardness scale, placing it just slightly below diamonds in durability.

Zirconia is different from zircon. Zirconia is closer to diamond than zircon, as it is harder, more brilliant, and retains its shine over time. Unlike zircon, which is sensitive to sunlight and scratching and may lose its luster with time, zirconia remains bright and durable.

Yes! Shipping is now free within Saudi Arabia on all orders.

For Gulf countries, shipping is free on orders over SAR 999. If the order total is SAR 999 or less, a flat shipping fee of SAR 50 applies.

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety of our customers, we accept exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects. Any such issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product via email or WhatsApp, along with clear photos showing the defect and a copy of the purchase receipt.

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging. If it is determined that the item has been used, the exchange will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Products with manufacturing defects may be exchanged within 3 days of receipt. In such cases, exchange and replacement shipping fees are free of charge.

Absolutely! We are confident in the quality of L’rosha jewelry, which is why we offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers gold color, pearls, and stone loss, provided that the stones are brought in for re-setting.

In the case of manufacturing defects, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition within three days of purchase, after contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

We will repair any damage that is not caused by misuse or negligence and return the item to you. If the piece cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new, identical jewelry piece. Showering once or twice while wearing your jewelry will not remove its shine or the gold vermeil; however, it will certainly affect its longevity over time. To ensure your jewelry lasts with you for many years, we strongly recommend avoiding showering while wearing it.

Yes, you can; however, sweat contains salts that may affect the jewelry’s plating over time. For this reason, we recommend avoiding wearing your jewelry to the gym or during any physical activity if you wish it to last for more than a year.

Perfumes and moisturizing products will not remove the plating after the first or second use; however, they may affect it over time. For best results, we recommend wearing your jewelry as the final step before heading out—so you can captivate everyone with your elegance.
