Due to the nature of our products and in consideration of our customers’ safety, we do not accept returns. We only offer exchanges for jewellery with manufacturing defects, provided that the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting us via email or WhatsApp, along with photos of the product and the order receipt. Any defective product will be returned to the manufacturer.
