Our pieces are crafted from 100% recycled 925 sterling silver, plated with rhodium for a silver finish, or recycled 18K gold for gold and rose gold finishes.
Does the plating fade?
Our gold plating consists of 25 layers of gold (2.5 microns), making it highly resistant to fading. With proper care, it should last beyond 2–3 years.
What are the stones made of, and how do they differ from natural zircon?
Our stones are cubic zirconia (CZ), a lab-created diamond simulant that is chemically stable and does not change colour or clarity when exposed to sunlight or UV light. This is different from natural zircon, a distinct gemstone that can be sensitive to UV light and may fade or change colour over time with prolonged exposure.
Is there a warranty, and what does it cover?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty covering plating and pearl colour, stone setting, and any manufacturing defects.
How long does shipping take, and is it free?
Shipping is free within Saudi Arabia and takes 1-3 business days. Shipping to the GCC takes 3-7 business days and is free for orders of 1,500 SAR or more. Orders under 1,500 SAR incur a flat shipping fee of 50 SAR.
Is this jewellery hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?
